We have an immediate need for an Inside Sales/Estimator/Project Manager. This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Graettinger, Iowa about 30 minutes from the Iowa Great Lakes.. We are currently hiring hard working and dedicated Building Construction Crew Personnel. Tasks involve physical labor, preparing sites, constructing post-frame structures, operating hand and power tools, climbing ladders, setting trusses, digging trenches, cleaning up debris, etc. We are also hiring Construction Foremen and Assistant Foremen with construction experience who can take charge of job-site construction operations at our branch location serving the Homer and Cortland areas. You will be responsible for leading, supervising and working alongside crew members by SAFELY performing daily tasks. Additional responsibilities include safety and performance inspections as an on site leader. The successful candidate will have: Proven organizational and communication skills. Prior construction experience is preferred and knowledge of schematics or blueprints is highly desired. Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid New York drivers license.
