POSITIONDESCRIPTION (Objective,Purpose) This position entailsday-to-day management of Service Sales function responsible for growing specific service products, includingstrategic plan development, tactical program development and execution. Theposition is focused on business strategy, strategic positioning, offeringdevelopment, key account management, developing presentations and presentingservice offerings to internal and external service customers, training, andPremium Service offerings. DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES Work with Service and Sales Teams in the deliveryof service offerings. Develop strategies to promote service offerings, trainingon service offerings to ensure that deliverables are of the highest quality toensure client satisfaction. Manage technical and training aspects of services offeringsthat will assist in the sales efforts to both existing and prospective customers.Understand customer needs and develop and deliver service solutions that willincrease customer satisfaction. Conduct presentations and recommend new serviceproposals to internal and external customers.
