Handgun & Defensive Shotgun Firearm Instruction in Ithaca, New York For Sale

Basic Handgun or Defensive Shotgun Training
NRA Law Enforcement and Civilian Firearm Instructor will provide Basic Handgun or Defensive Shotgun familiarization on a group or individual level. Skills will be learned through implementation of handling and shooting drills with emphasis on situational awareness. My courses are designed for the beginning to novice shooter and will be tailored to individual needs. Subjects covered will be basic firearm safety, proper operation, loading/unloading, malfunction clearence, and basic and defensive shooting skills. Course time will run from 2 to 4 hrs depending on personal or group need. Students are required to bring: pistol and permit, holster & belt, handgun magazines, magazine pouch, ammunition or Shotgun with birdshot, slugs and buckshot, hearing protection, eye protection and appropriate dress for the weather.
